How can I place an order?

Why can’t I find what I want?
Our occasion, event and party favours, giftsor hampers are customised and designed to your unique taste, so that you won't find it elsewhere. Our favours and gifts are designed uniquely for you.

How can I pay?
Through secure payment by Paypal, we accept most credit and debit cards such as Visa, Switch/Maestro UK, and Mastercard. We also accept payment by direct bank transfer.

Delivery
What about delivery?
There is a postage charge of £5.99 to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery although most orders are sent the next day. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class. Larger orders are sent by courier, tracking information is available. If you require delivery outside this area, for more urgent deliveries or gifts directly to the recipient, please contact us for a quote.

How will my order arrive?
The orders are sent out where possible in boxes to optimise your delivery cost and prevent damage in the post. Gifts are wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure it is in pristine condition. For more information please read our policies document.

When are you available to take orders or queries?
We are available to answer your questions or take orders seven days a week, from 9am until 5pm.
Opening times are:
Monday to Fridays: 9am to 5pm Saturdays: 9am to 5pm Sundays: 1pm to 4pm
